Refund & Cancellation Policy

Straightforward policies. We want you to get the beach day you paid for — here is what happens when weather or plans get in the way.

Weather Refunds

Refunds are not given for days equipment is taken down early due to weather. Your safety (and our crew's) comes first — if winds pick up beyond 18 mph gusts, or if there is intense rain or lightning, we will take down early.

When you qualify for a partial refund: if weather prevents any setup service for 3 or more consecutive days, an appropriate amount will be returned to you for the days of missed service.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least one week's notice for cancellation of your order to receive a full refund.

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made with shorter notice. If your plans change close to your rental date, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

Early Takedown

If winds, rain, or lightning force us to take equipment down before 5:00 PM, there is no refund for the shortened day. This is a safety-first decision — high winds can damage equipment and injure beachgoers.

Early takedowns do not count toward the 3-consecutive-day weather refund threshold.

Watersports Waiver

A watersports waiver is required for any delivered watersports equipment (kayaks, paddleboards). The waiver is sent for electronic signature after booking. Rentals cannot be delivered until the waiver is signed.
