How our service works

• Only umbrellas and cabanas are set up and taken down daily. Other equipment is delivered on arrival day and picked up from the same location the morning of checkout.
• Setup starts at 7:00 AM, and we strive to be done by 9:00 AM across all beaches.
• Takedown of equipment begins at 5:00 PM.
• In the event of high winds (18+ mph gusts), we will take down equipment early. Safety is our priority, first and foremost.
• In the event of intense rain or lightning, we will take down early. We will always try to reach out first.
• Please do not adjust the cabana's height or move the cabana in any way. Doing so will void our rental agreement and could seriously injure yourself or others.
• Please do not hang on or play around the equipment.
• Refunds are not given for days equipment is taken down early. An appropriate amount will be returned in the chance of weather preventing any setup for 3 or more consecutive days.
• Please provide at least a week's notice for cancellation of your order for a full refund. Refunds will not be provided for shorter notice.
• A watersports waiver is required to be signed electronically for any delivered watersports equipment.
• Delivered items must be available for pickup the morning of your checkout date, preferably in the location they were delivered. Please keep in mind we do not have easy access into the houses.
