Step 3 — We Set Up & Deliver
Your gear arrives on the sand by 7 AM and gets picked up at 5 PM. No loading, no hauling. Just relax.

What's included in a cabana package?
Each cabana package includes a 10×10 shade canopy, 2 premium beach chairs, and an equipment wagon. The setup is delivered and assembled at the beach by 7:00 AM and broken down at 5:00 PM. You just show up.
What beaches do you serve?
We currently serve Sunset Beach, Oak Island, and Holden Beach in Brunswick County, NC.
When is your season?
We operate May through September.
What time is setup and pickup?
Your cabana will be set up and ready by 7:00 AM. We return for breakdown and pickup at 5:00 PM.
How do chair and wagon rentals work?
Beach chairs and equipment wagons are delivered directly to your rental property address — not to the beach. They'll arrive during your scheduled delivery window.
What happens if it rains?
Rain alone does not qualify for a cancellation or refund. In the event of dangerous conditions such as lightning, tropical storms, or a hurricane watch/warning, we will cancel and issue a full credit toward a future booking.
Can I pick my spot on the beach?
We do our best to accommodate preferred areas, but final placement is at our discretion based on beach conditions and local regulations. Contact us ahead of time if you have a specific request.
What's your cancellation policy?
72+ hours out: full refund.
24–72 hours: 50% refund.
Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
Do you offer multi-day rates?
Yes — contact us directly for multi-day and weekly booking discounts.
How do I book?
Click Book Now, select your beach, pick your date, and choose your gear. Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
Can I add equipment to my cabana rental?
Yes — chairs, wagons, and add-on equipment can be bundled with any cabana package at checkout.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Report any damage or missing equipment to us within 2 hours of delivery. Damage or loss discovered at pickup may be charged to your payment method at replacement cost.
