How Our Beach Rental & Delivery Service Works
Book online in minutes. We handle everything at the beach.
Step 1 — Choose Your Beach
Sunset Beach, Oak Island, or Holden Beach. We deliver daily to all three from May through September.
Step 2 — Pick Your Gear
Cabanas, chairs, kayaks, canopies, and wagons. Book by the day or save with multi-day rates.
Step 3 — We Set Up & Deliver
Your gear arrives on the sand no later than 9 AM and gets picked up at 5 PM. Deliveries are done on your check-in day to your house.
Step 4 - Find Your Rental With Our Tag and Your Name

Set up by 9AM, every day
Beach rules don't allow setup before 7am — so please allow us until 9 to conclude the morning set-up. Our goal is to have your spot ready when you walk down.
Safety comes first
If wind exceeds roughly 18MPH~ or inclement weather picks up, we take down early. Safety is our utmost priority. No refunds for our early takedowns.

What beaches do you serve?
We currently serve Sunset Beach, Oak Island, and Holden Beach in Brunswick County, NC.
When is your season?
We operate April through October.
What time is setup and pickup?
We strive to have all cabanas set up and ready by 9:00 AM. We return for breakdown and pickup at 5:00 PM.
How do chair and wagon rentals work?
Beach chairs and equipment wagons are delivered directly to your rental property address — not to the beach. They'll arrive during your scheduled delivery window.
What happens if it rains?
Rain alone does not qualify for a cancellation or refund, nor does it immediately qualify for an early takedown. In the event of conditions leaving us unable to provide set-up services for three or more days, appropriate refunds will be given.
Can I pick my spot on the beach?
We do our best to accommodate preferred areas, but final placement is at our discretion based on beach conditions and local regulations. Contact us ahead of time if you have a specific request.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel within one week of your starting date to receive a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered for any time less than that.
How do I book?
Click Book Now, select your beach, pick your date, and choose your gear. Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
Can I add equipment to my cabana rental?
Yes — we can complete your entire order in one transaction, but only cabanas and umbrellas are available for set-up. Everything else is delivered to the beach.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Report any damage or missing equipment to us immediately. Damage outside of normal wear-and-tear or inability to locate equipment discovered at pickup may result in a replacement charge with payment on file.
