How do I book?

Pick your product, choose your dates on the calendar, and check out. Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation. Each rental is booked individually — cabanas, chairs, wagons, and watersports are separate products with their own dates.

What beaches do you serve?

We currently serve Sunset Beach, Oak Island, and Holden Beach in Brunswick County, NC.

When is your season?

We operate April through October.

What time is setup and pickup?

Cabanas are set up on the beach by 9:00 AM and broken down at 5:00 PM. Chair, wagon, and watersports rentals are delivered to your rental property address.

Where do chairs, wagons, and watersports get delivered?

Everything except cabanas is delivered directly to your rental property address — not to the beach. You'll be able to use them all week.

Can I pick my spot on the beach?

We do our best to accommodate preferred areas, but final placement is at our discretion based on beach conditions and local regulations. Contact us ahead of time if you have a specific request.

What happens if it rains?

Rain alone does not qualify for a cancellation or refund, nor does it immediately qualify for an early takedown. In the event of conditions leaving us unable to provide set-up services for three or more days, appropriate refunds will be given.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel within one week of your starting date to receive a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered for any time less than that.

What if something is damaged or missing?

Report any damage or missing equipment to us within 2 hours of delivery. Damage or loss discovered at pickup may be charged to your payment method at replacement cost.
